Allan L. Reid D.M.D., MBA

Allan L. Reid D.M.D., M.B.A. Diplomate, American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. Allan L. Reid received his bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and his dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After completing his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Dr. Reid began working as a private practice oral surgeon. For 35 years Dr. Allan L. Reid has performed a variety of complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries.

Dr. Allan L. Reid also received his M.B.A. from the University of Southern Indiana. For 18 years, he served as President and CEO of Health Resources, Inc., a limited Service Dental HMO in Indiana and Kentucky.  Dr. Reid also works part time as an oral surgeon serving veterans at the Veterans Administration in Evansville, IN and Marion IL.  

In his spare time, Dr. Reid enjoys being outdoors, walking his dogs and spending time at his family’s orchard in Owensboro, KY.

John A. Reid D.M.D. Diplomate, American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. John Reid followed in his father’s footsteps to become an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and joined him in practice in July 2013. Dr. John completed his undergraduate education at the University of Mississippi and embarked on his dental training at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, earning his D.M.D. degree. He was then accepted into the highly competitive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. Following completion of the internship, Dr. John was accepted into the residency program at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL, where he trained with experienced board-certified surgeons.

Dr. John Reid has extensive training and is proficient in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from dental implant surgery to complex facial reconstruction. Additionally, he has received training in multiple other medical sub-specialties, including internal medicine, anesthesiology, plastic surgery, general surgery and neurosurgery. Dr. John plans to continue practicing the full spectrum of oral surgery with specific interests in dental implant surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and facial reconstruction.

Dr. John Reid is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an active member of multiple other dental associations, including The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The Indiana Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Dental Association and The Indiana Dental Association.
